Alan Michels

Mr. Michels joined Redknee’s Board in December 2008. Previously, Mr. Michels served as President of Kenan Systems Inc., President and CEO of Telewest Communications, Plc. and as Chief Financial Officer in the telcom and software industries. Mr. Michels holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor of History degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick. Mr. Michels is a member of Redknee's Audit Committee and Nomination and Governance Committee.
