Derek Rickaby is the Vice President of Global Sales at Redknee. Derek is responsible for executing Redknee’s global growth strategy, managing Redknee’s customer relationships and securing long-term revenue. Derek brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries to Redknee and a proven track record of increasing sales and market share, meeting financial commitments, reducing expenses and implementing alternative business models. Derek has previously held executive roles at EDS, Bell Canada and a global leader of telecom software solutions.
Mr Rickaby has a Bachelor degree in Economics from Carleton University and a MBA in Business from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
